If you find an item missing from your order - we sincerely apologize for the mix-up. Please call us as soon as you notice that there was an error in your order & you may come to pick up the missing item. Your order will be a priority for you to come to pick it up. If you are unable to come back to pick up the item, we can issue a refund for the missing item the next business day providing it was brought to our attention right away.
In the case of the wrong item- Sorry! please call us right away and we will make your missing item a priority for you to come and pick it up ASAP! Please return the incorrect item in the original container(s) to our host when you are picking it up.
In the case of Food Dissatisfaction-
If you find a problem with your order or the preparation of an item ~ Give us a call & We will prepare you a new item right away it will be a priority for you to come to pick it up ASAP. We ask that you return the item to the original container(s) so we may investigate and see what may have occurred.
If you do not wish to receive a new dish, you may return the item for a refund. We will refund the amount or issue a store credit upon receiving the food in the original container with 75% or more of it remaining by the end of the day.
