How It Works: Minimum Spend & Menu Options A minimum spend means you and your guests commit to spending at least the stated amount on food and beverages during your event. This is a common industry practice that helps cover the costs of reserving the space, staffing, and ensuring a great experience. If your group's total bill is less than the minimum, the difference will be charged as a room fee.
Your minimum spend can be met through a customized food and drink package. We offer: Buffet Service – A relaxed, self-serve option with a variety of menu choices. Plated Dinners – A full-service, sit-down meal for a more formal experience. Dessert Options – Available upon request. Bar Service Choices: Host-Paid Open Bar – You cover all drinks. Guest-Paid Bar Tabs – Guests purchase their own drinks. Drink Tickets – You provide a set number of drink tickets per guest.

Minimum Spend: Day Use (Ends at 4 PM): Monday, Tuesday, Sunday, Thursday – $2,000 Saturday – $2,500 Night Use (Starts at 4 PM): Monday, Tuesday, Sunday, Thursday – $3,000 Saturday – $3,500 Includes access to our patio (seasonal).
Family Dining Area (Seats 35 Comfortably) *Unavailable for bookings on Wednesday evenings/nights. Minimum Spend: Day Use (Ends at 4 PM): Monday, Tuesday, Sunday, Thursday – $1,000 Friday & Saturday – $1,250
Night Use (Starts at 4 PM): Monday, Tuesday, Sunday, Thursday – $1,500 Friday & Saturday – $1,750
