EPIC CAESARS & MARGARITAS

SCROLL DOWN FOR MARGARITA & CAESARS!

BOW' CEASARS

CLASSIC BOW CAESAR

  1. GRAB THE DRINKING VESSEL OF CHOICE
  2. WET THE RIM BY : RUNNING A LEMON AROUND RIM, (OR OUR GO TO- DIP IN PICKLE JUICE!) OR EVEN JUST WET WITH WATER
  3. PLACE INTO THE RIM SPICE AND TWIST AROUND TO COAT WELL
  4. FILL WITH ICE  AND ADD A PINCH OF THE RIM SPICE
  5. ADD A COUPLE DASHES  OF TOBASSCO, A SPLASH OF  WORCHESTERSHIRE SAUCE ( PRONOUNCED " WASH-YOUR-SISTER" SAUCE")  & A SPLASH OF LEMON JUICE
  6. (NOW THE GOOD PART) 1.5 OZ VODKA 
  7. ( OR SUB GIN- IT'S FANTASTIC TOO!)
  8. TOP WITH MOTT'S CLAMATO 
  9. ADD  A LEMON OR LIME WHEEL AND THE "GROCERIES" CELERY, OLIVES & WHATEVER YOU  HAVE HANDY

HORSERADISH CAESAR

  1. IN A MASON JAR OR THE GLASS OF CHOICE
  2. WET THE RIM BY : RUNNING A LEMON AROUND RIM, (OR DIP IN LEMON JUICE OR PICKLE JUICE!) OR EVEN JUST WET WITH WATER
  3. PLACE INTO THE RIM SPICE AND TWIST AROUND TO COAT WELL
  4. FILL GLASS WITH ICE  AND ADD A PINCH OF THE RIM SPICE
  5. ADD A SPLASH OF LEMON JUICE, 4 OR 5 DASHES  OF TOBASSCO, A SPLASH OF  " WASH-YOUR-SISTER" SAUCE 
  6.  1.5 OZ VODKA
  7. ADD ABOUT 1/2 TEASPOON/ OR TO TASTE OF HORSERADISH
  8. TOP WITH MOTT'S CLAMATO 
  9. ADD A LEMON WEDGE, CELERY & A STICK OF PEPPERONI

DILL PICKLE CAESAR

  1. IN A MASON JAR OR THE GLASS OF CHOICE
  2. WET THE RIM BY : RUNNING A LEMON AROUND RIM, (OR DIP IN PICKLE JUICE!) OR EVEN JUST WET WITH WATER
  3. PLACE INTO THE RIM SPICE AND TWIST AROUND TO COAT WELL
  4. FILL WITH ICE  AND ADD A PINCH OF THE RIM SPICE
  5. ADD  1 .5 OZ OF DILL PICKLE JUICE,  +2-3 DASHES  OF TOBASSCO,           + A SPLASH OF  WORCHESTERSHIRE
  6.  ADD 1.5 OZ VODKA
  7. TOP WITH MOTT'S CLAMATO 
  8. ADD CELERY & OF COURSE A BIG OL' DILL PICKLE

DOUBLE 'OO7 CAESAR

​AND NOW FOR SOMETHING  A LITTLE DIFFERENT.......
  1. WET THE RIM OF YOUR GLASS BY RUNNING A LEMON AROUND RIM, DIP IN OLIVE JUICE OR EVEN JUST WET WITH WATER
  2. PLACE INTO THE RIM SPICE AND TWIST AROUND TO COAT WELL
  3. FILL WITH ICE  AND ADD A PINCH OF THE RIM SPICE
  4. ADD A COUPLE DASHES  OF TOBASSCO, A SPLASH OF  WORCHESTERSHIRE SAUCE AND 1.5 OZ OLIVE JUICE
  5. (NOW THE GOOD PART )ADD 1 OZ VERMOUTH + 1 OZ GIN 
  6. TOP WITH MOTT'S CLAMATO & STIR ( NOT SHAKEN)
  7. ADD A LEMON OR LIME WHEEL AND  SKEWER OF OLIVES



EPIC MARGARITAS

A LITTLE COCKTAIL LESSON......
THE SECRET TO A TRULY GREAT MARGARITA IS THE COCKTAIL SHAKER. 
  • When you shake, the ice breaks down slightly, adding just the right amount of dilution, it chills & enhances the flavors of the lime and tequila.​
  • Shaking adds tiny air bubbles, giving the drink a lighter, frothier texture, mellows out any sharpness & guarantees that every sip has a balanced mix of flavors.
  • Margaritas can be served the traditional Classic way~ shaken with ice, or without ice, or blended with ice
  • Typically Agave Syrup is used as a sweetener to balance the cocktail. It is made from the juice of the agave plant - the same plant Tequila is made from!
  • ​And~ You can find it in your grocery store !
  • Or you can use good old versatile simple syrup or skip the sweet all together if you are already sweet enough :)

the BOW ROCKS MARGARITA

  1.   Run a lime wedge around the rim of a rocks or margarita glass, then dip it in BOW MARGARITA RIMMER BLEND and twist to coat.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine:
  3. 1 oz tequila ( BLANCO) + 1 oz Triple Sec Or Cointreau
  4. ADD 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice (approximately 1 lime) OR  1 oz of Bottled Lime Juice + PLUS  1 oz Simple Syrup or Agave Syrup
  5. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds 
  6. Strain, or just dump the contents of your shaker into your salt rimmed glass 
  7. Serve straight up without ice, if preferred! Garnish with a lime wheel or wedge, and your margarita is ready to enjoy!

SKINNY MARGARITA

A skinny margarita substitutes the orange liqueur for orange juice. A little lighter in Liquor, - for a truly "skinny" Margarita  leave out the syrup for less calories too! 
  1. Run a lime wedge around the rim of a rocks or margarita glass, then dip it in BOW MARGARITA RIMMER BLEND and twist to coat.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine:
  3. 1.5 oz tequila ( BLANCO)
  4. ADD 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice Lime Juice  + PLUS 1 oz orange juice * add in a splash of simple or agave syrup (if you want it a little sweeter)
  5. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously - 15-20 seconds 
  6. Strain, or dump the contents of your shaker into your salt rimmed glass 
  7.  Garnish with a lime wheel or wedge

customize your margarita.....

  • Spicy Margarita: Add a splash of hot sauce or add jalapeño peppers for a fiery spin.
  • Fruity Margarita: In your shaker toss in a few chunks fresh or frozen fruits like strawberries, blueberries, mangoes, or watermelon
  • Cucumbers are great too! Try out combinations like watermelon & jalapeño
  • Coconut Margarita: Add in a splash of coconut cream - (or even use the bottled Pina colada mix you can but at the grocery store!)
                ~ We use 1800 Coconut Tequila in our house Coconut Marg' - YUM :)
